The Top Ranked Elite Players are carefully selected from each Phenom camp who has displayed the overall performance of what it takes to succeed at the Next Level. Each participant in every Phenom event is reviewed and evaluated on their attitude on and off the court sportsmanship towards each other, coaches and officials, performance during drills, exercises and games, and their determination and desire to improve their game.
It is from the Top Ranked Elite Players that Phenom Scouts, Coaches and Instructors choose the most qualified players that will be represent their State at the National Adidas Jr. Phenom Camp in San Diego. The Top Ranked Elite Players will be displayed on the NH Adidas Jr. Phenom website along with their bio information. The number one ranked player will automatically receive an invitation to the National Jr. Phenom.
A new top 100 listing will be selected following every phenom camp.
